Abseiling & Rope Access Systems
Premsafe supply a wide range of abseiling anchors to suit your specific building requirements, helping to eliminate height safety risks that your employees or contractors are exposed to.
When to use abseiling anchors
Fixed into a suitable load bearing element of the building, abseiling anchors are usually installed at roof level. We will identify during our survey the preferable location would be for placing the anchor points.
Areas to exclude are within 280mm of an edge in brickwork or 150mm in concrete brickwork parapets, infill panels and areas below windows.
We install abseiling anchors in accordance with BS code of practice 7985:2002 conforming to BS EN795. All our fall arrest anchor installations are undertaken by at least two trained technicians.
- Tested to EN795-1996 class A anchor point.
- Mushroom shaped anchor point with a minimum of four attachment point.
- Additional D ring can be fitted to the side of the post to provide additional anchor points.
